YOUR CLIPBOARD, YOUR CONTROL.
Private clipboard manager for Mac, Windows and mobile
Cliper is a clipboard manager in development for people who move text, links, images and files between devices. It combines local history with account-based, end-to-end encrypted cloud sync. Public native downloads are not available yet; the website provides account and subscription management.
Updated:
Find something you copied earlier
The native clients are designed to save clipboard items into a local library. Search by keyword, filter by content type, and use favorites and groups to organize items you want to reuse. The website is an account dashboard, not a browser-based clipboard reader.
Move text, images and files between your devices
Clients encrypt content before uploading it. Other enrolled devices on the same Cliper account download encrypted updates and decrypt them locally after the vault is unlocked. Sync requires connectivity and an active client; it is not an instant-delivery guarantee for sleeping or offline devices.
Choose an import method your device supports
Desktop adapters and mobile import flows differ. On iPhone, iPad and Android, use supported actions such as opening the app, explicitly pasting or sharing content. Cliper does not promise continuous background clipboard capture on every phone.
Keep authentication separate from content access
Email verification identifies your Cliper account. The first native device generates and securely stores keys. New devices need approval from an existing device or a recovery file. The website requires separate approval for a temporary read-only session.
Understand the privacy boundary
The sync service and private object storage receive encrypted content rather than readable clipboard text or attachments. Account email, device identifiers, sizes, timestamps and subscription metadata are still processed. End-to-end encryption does not protect an already-compromised or unlocked device. The implementation has not received an independent security audit.
Use one membership across supported devices
The monthly plan is USD 3.99 and the yearly plan is USD 29.99, each including 10 GB encrypted cloud storage. Local prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. An eligible account gets a seven-day trial without adding a card. Trial expiry pauses new cloud uploads while authorized history remains readable.
Check availability before paying
macOS has a local development build; iPhone and iPad have development builds. Windows and Android remain source-stage adaptations. Public installers, TestFlight and App Store distribution are not yet available. A working website checkout does not mean a native store release is available.
